Delivery of products

- Delivery in Metro Cities within 3-4 working days
- Delivery in Non - Metro Cities within 5–7 working days

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order

We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about these location wise charges before making payments.

For prepaid orders:

  • Shipping fee of Rs. 50 will apply for orders below Rs. 400.
  • Shipping is free for orders of Rs. 400 and above.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders:

  • Shipping fee of Rs. 50 + COD charge of Rs. 40 will apply on all orders, irrespective of the order value (total additional Rs. 90).

All charges for shipping and COD are non-refundable.

Product returns

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via email within 48 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product (Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB).

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.

Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale of used products.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
